We are a printing company in the Kansas City metro area. We are a small local company that partners with KCBS to offer quality product in a timely mannor. We are not Amazon, product is decorated after the order is placed. We do our best to ship orders within two weeks of orders being placed. Please be aware that orders are colledted for a full week before going into production. For example, if you placen an order on Tuesday, it will not go into production until the followin Monday. We do our best to answer all call and email as soon as they come in and work to make you - the cusotmer - as happy as possible with your order. I can guarantee you will never talk to a robot or someone overseas. Please check the size charts of all products carefully, our policy is to not take returns or exchanges. Your order was produced for you when the order was placed, returned or exchanged items often do not get resold. Of course we try to accomidate all request the best we can.
